Nogin’s all-in-one software platform is a cloud-based headless e-commerce environment specifically designed for brands selling direct-to-consumer (“DTC”) and through online channel partners. Under a three-year agreement, USB brands will connect to Intelligent Commerce to deliver world-class e-commerce to their consumers without all the cost, complexity, time and risk of creating and running their own online stores.
